Mountain FM Your Adventure Station 107.1 Squamish April 17 2016

State of the Art at the World Ski and Snowboard Festival 2016 April 14 2016
My art is currently on display at the State of the Art show as part of the World Ski and Snowboard Festival in Whistler, BC until the 17th April. State of the Art (SOTA) is located inside the Whistler Convention Centre and is open daily noon - 6pm and during the evening events.
I did some live painting at the Olympus 72 Hour Filmmaker Showdown. It was an amazing event and was a completely packed house!
I donated a "Tree of Hope" print to the Silent Auction for Zero Ceiling Charity.

I will have art hanging at the Whistler Film Festival Gallery from Dec 2nd to Dec 6th and will be doing live painting demos at the Festival Lodge on some or all of those days.
The Festival Lodge and Gallery will be located in the Whistler Conference Centre and will be open from 12 noon - 6pm with evening hours extended to 10pm for ticket holders attending events in the Ballroom.

Tree of Hope - Charity event at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler November 11 2015
I am in the process of painting a "Tree of Hope".
I painted live at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler on Saturday, November 21st, along with a number of other artists.
A few of the artists finished their paintings that day. I am still working on mine. I will be adding leaves and flowers. Check back to see the finished piece...
The paintings will be available for purchase through a silent auction. All funds raised go to the Canuck Place Children’s Hospice – an organization providing palliative care to over 400 children and teens with life-threatening illnesses throughout British Columbia. The Trees of Hope paintings will be on display at the hotel for duration of festive season – November 26, 2015 – January 4, 2016.
Refresh Market - Sat, Nov 21, 10am-5pm West Coast Railway Heritage Park November 11 2015
I will have a table at the Winter Refresh Market on Saturday, November 21st, 10am-5pm at the West Coast Railway Heritage Park in Squamish.
Refresh Market is a vintage and handmade market that brings a new experience every single time. The vendors are handpicked from Pemberton to the Lower Mainland to offer a wide range of new, handmade and vintage clothing, accessories, home decor, children’s items and more.
The event is held biannually at the West Coast Railway Park’s CN Roundhouse, located just minutes from the scenic Sea to Sky Highway in Squamish BC. The beautiful 21,000 square foot space offers tons of natural light and ample space for vendors, attendees and onsite programming.
The markets average 1,500 visitors and showcase the work of more than 100 vendors from Pemberton to the Lower Mainland. They have raised over approximately $4,000 to date for local non-profit charities.

Art or Bust at HOT ART Wet City on Main Street August 31 2015
I painted a cast of a woman who fought with breast cancer. It is currently on display along with others at the Hot Art, Wet City Gallery on Main Street. The casts are for sale with 100% of funds given to Rethink Breast Cancer. The Art or Bust project is curated by artist Jenn Brisson and will be displayed alongside the Boobies and Weiners show.

Art Attack at Queen Elizabeth Park - Saturday, October 19th August 31 2015
I did a live painting for charity auction on Saturday, October 19th from approx 3-7pm at the Waterfall Building in Vancouver.
The event was called Art Attack. 50% of the proceeds go towards Coast Mental Health's Art Therapy room.
The piece I did is called "Fish, What Fish?" I had 4 hours to complete this painting!
40 Years, 40 Stories at Millenium Place, Whistler August 31 2015
I will have my original painting "Whistler Blackcomb Evening Glow" in the show 40 Years, 40 Stories - Telling the Story of Whistler.

Art Throw Down July 15th July 08 2014
I will be partnering with my friend Cortez to compete in an Art Throw Down. Artists will work in teams of 2 and get only half an hour to create a work of art. The audience has the chance to vote on the pieces and also to bid on them and take them home. Come check it out.

Please visit me in my home studio as part of the Squamish Artcrawl Sat & Sun, Sept 21st & 22nd. Many other Squamish artists are also opening up their studios for visits, so you can tour the town and get your fill of art that weekend. Pick up a map at the Adventure Centre or any of the venues. My venue is the Watershed Grill Restaurant in Brackendale, Squamish. Best view in Squamish, great food and the art is ok too. This is the home of 2 permanent pieces, the 6 foot wide Cougar Eyes and Wolf Eyes.
Street Markets - Art Table August 17 2013
I've starting doing an art table at a few markets including Squamish's Refresh Market and the Squamish Farmers's Market and I will probably continue to do more as it is very social. I currently have work up at the Delta Whistler Village Suites for the Whistler Arts Council ArtWalk. I also had the opportunity to do live painting on the streets of Whistler for the opening night and for the annual Paint Off competition. It was a fun time. My work will be on display at the Delta until the end of August, so check it out if you get a chance!

Painting in Kitimat:
I have been up in Kitimat for about 3 months now and I have been busy painting. My husband calls it "Painting Camp" as there is not much else to do here. I am in the process of setting up this new art gallery website and I am about to share it with the world! There are a number of new works of art up on this website that you may not have seen before.
